Job summary
Mohawk Industries, a Fortune 500 global flooring leader, is seeking a Director of Applications Development, IT Delivery Manager, Digital Engineering & Experience (B2C). You will provide strategic leadership for the applications development lifecycle and partner with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 5+ years of management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall applications development strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive technology initiatives to support business needs and innovation.
- Oversee digital engineering delivery for B2C websites, mobile apps, customer-facing web apps, and digital products.
- Define and execute the technology roadmap for applications development.
- Lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, QA, product, marketing, analytics, and platform teams to meet priorities.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
