What we need:

The Director Talent Development is a high-level leader responsible for overseeing talent development strategies and initiatives within the organization. This role plays a critical role in designing and implementing programs that enhance the skills, capabilities, and overall growth of employees while aligning with organizational goals and objectives.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with executive and HR leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy that supports organizational objectives.
• Align talent development initiatives with the company's mission, vision, and values.
• Design and implement leadership development programs to nurture and enhance the skills of current and future leaders.
• Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of various learning and development initiatives.
• Identify and address skill gaps through strategic training programs.
• Provide coaching and mentorship support to high-potential employees and leaders.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to identify key positions and potential successors.
• Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of talent for critical roles.
• Stay abreast of learning technologies and tools to enhance the delivery and efficiency of talent development initiatives.
• Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
• Regularly interact with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning functional areas.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 10+ years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
