Job summary
Humana Inc. is seeking a Director of Technology Solutions to lead enterprise fulfillment operations and Agile delivery enablement across Associate Technology Experience.
The role focuses on modernization, automation, and AI-driven transformation to improve onboarding, provisioning, and lifecycle services for associates. The leader will drive governance, scale shared services, and partner with multiple teams to accelerate productivity while aligning with Humana's digital workplace and AI
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years progressive leadership experience in technology operations, service delivery, fulfillment, workplace technology, or shared services environments.
- Experience leading large-scale operational transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success implementing automation and process modernization strategies.
- Experience leading Agile organizations, delivery practices, and portfolio governance models.
- Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise fulfillment operations and technology lifecycle management across ATX.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to modernize onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Drive governance, performance management, and Agile program delivery.
- Establish SLAs and metrics to improve associate experiences and efficiency.
- Scale fulfillment capabilities to support enterprise growth; lead automation and AI transformation.
