Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), Python, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of AI engineers building foundational services, frameworks, and tools for agentic AI applications.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with enterprise architecture, security, data engineering, DevOps, and application leads.
• Define and drive strategic plans, goals, and team performance.
• Lead collaboration with application teams to design reusable components for the agentic AI platform.
