Job summary
Humana is seeking a Director, Provider Solutions Engineering to set the strategic technology direction for provider engagement and related experiences. You will partner across a matrixed organization to translate business priorities into roadmaps, drive large-scale transformation, and ensure architecture, regulatory, and investment alignment.
You will lead AI-enabled capabilities, modernize technology platforms, and foster a high-performing engineering culture that delivers measurable business
Qualifications
- 10+ years of CRM platform engineering experience, including Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud.
- Deep expertise in provider engagement technologies within healthcare.
- Experience designing API-driven integrations across enterprise systems.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture, microservices, and platform modernization.
- Proven experience delivering AI-enabled capabilities and automation.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic technology leader for Provider engagement and related provider experience capabilities.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive provider engagement strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
- Lead delivery and modernization of provider-facing and associate-facing technology solutions across multiple teams and domains.
- Promote Agile, DevSecOps, quality engineering, and AI-assisted delivery practices across the software development lifecycle.
