Qualifications

• 10+ years of CRM platform engineering experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud at large scale.
• Ability to design API-driven integrations across CRM platforms and enterprise systems.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture, microservices, and AI-enabled delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic technology leader for Provider engagement and related provider experience capabilities.
• Partner within a matrixed organization to align priorities, architecture standards, and investments.
• Provide strategic direction for implementing programs, platform enhancements, and large-scale initiatives.
• Establish engineering excellence, delivery discipline, and operational rigor across programs.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions, automation, and modern CRM capabilities.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and performance reporting for technology initiatives.
