Subway is building a best-in-class Procurement function, and this role is a key Leader. The Director, Procurement will own sourcing strategy, execution and delivery across approximately $200M of corporate spend, with a clear mandate to deliver cost savings that impact EBITDA.

Reporting directly to the VP of Procurement, this leader will build supplier relationships and category strategies, influence the business and ensure a digital foundation for procurement processes.

Qualifikationen

• End-to-end RFx design, competitive bidding and negotiation across indirect categories.
• Multi-year category roadmaps aligned to savings targets.
• Financial modeling of supplier cases and EBITDA impact.
• Spend analytics to identify opportunity and validate savings.
• Experience with multi-year supplier agreements and contract risk.
• Proficiency with procurement tech and CLM tools.
