Job summary

Franchise World Headquarters, LLC in Shelton, CT, is seeking a Manager, Procurement – COE to lead the establishment of Subway's procurement transformation, owning the digital stack and governance to deliver value across the enterprise.

Reporting to the VP of Procurement, you will drive spend analytics, reporting, and savings tracking, building dashboards and partnering with Finance, IT and Legal to ensure credible, CEO-ready updates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement or analytics related to procurement.
• Hands-on spend analytics, data cleansing, and dashboard development.
• Experience with Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, Spend HQ, or Ivalua.
• Design and manage Finance-validated savings tracking.
• Build executive-ready reporting for VP Procurement and CFO.
• Establish procurement governance and policy documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of Procurement’s digital stack.
• Act as technology owner for procurement platforms and ensure system integration.
• Develop spend analytics and supplier insights and provide data-driven opportunities.
• Produce Finance-grade savings and pipeline reports for leadership reviews.
• Establish governance standards and policy documentation for procurement.
• Create analytics capability turning spend data into EBITDA insights.
• Coordinate with IT on data feeds and system architecture.
