Job summary

Care Access is seeking a central operations integration leader for Global Study Operations to connect strategy to execution across departments and drive complex programs from concept to implementation.

You will partner with senior leaders, align priorities, design operating rhythms, and prepare executive materials to keep initiatives on track and measurable.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, operations, program management, or healthcare consulting with success leading complex initiatives.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, process mapping, analytics, and fluency with Microsoft and BI tools.
• Experience in clinical research, public health, or global health operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
