Care Access, a leader in decentralized health research, seeks a Director of Community Strategy & Operations. This senior role turns community engagement plans into scalable operating systems, execution playbooks, and measurable outcomes across multiple geographies.

You will align cross-functional teams, optimize partnerships, and drive data-informed decisions to improve participant access and program impact within a remote-friendly U.S. setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, operations, or healthcare consulting.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong public health or healthcare delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operating systems and execution frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional integration across Community Engagement and partner functions.
• Strengthen partnership strategy and field enablement.
• Develop governance and performance-management systems for priority workstreams.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
