Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; nursing or clinical degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in hospital operations, including performance improvement and financial operations.
• Deep knowledge of hospital and health system operations.
• Ability to benchmark and analyze data for operational redesign.
• Consulting experience with complex, multi-site operational change programs.
• Strong client leadership and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%.

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director - Clinical Operations - Healthcare to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead healthcare consulting engagements with a focus on clinical operations, hospital performance improvement, and financial operations. The Associate Director will partner closely with client executives to identify priority issues, shape practical solutions, and guide multi-site operational redesign efforts. Success in this position will depend on strong client leadership, data-driven problem solving, and the ability to align stakeholders around meaningful outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $155,000 – $259,000 annually
