Job summary

DISA Global Solutions, Inc. seeks a Director, Strategic Business Development to drive growth in data center, hyperscale, colo, AI infrastructure, and adjacent sectors. You will lead revenue strategy, build pipeline, and close strategic deals with senior executives.

You will mentor sales teams, partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance, and represent the company at industry events. This role requires travel and delivers a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in business development, strategic sales, or related roles.
• 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams to achieve growth.
• Proven go-to-market and market-entry success in data center, hyperscale, colo, or AI infra sectors.
• Strong networks with executives and decision-makers.
• Experience building coalitions, industry consortia, or trade associations.
• Excellent communication and business storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue and market-entry strategy for data center, hyperscale, colo, and AI infra sectors.
• Identify qualified prospects, access key decision-makers, and generate opportunities.
• Originate and close strategic new client opportunities and grow revenue.
• Build market presence via conferences, events, and industry networking.
• Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships to drive growth.
• Lead the sales process from discovery to contract execution.
• Mobilize cross-functional resources to evaluate opportunities and onboard new business.
• Establish repeatable sales processes, tools, and best practices.
• Act as an internal industry expert and educate teams on market dynamics.
• Monitor pipeline, revenue performance, and market activity; adjust strategy as needed.
• Consistently achieve or exceed revenue growth targets.
• Perform additional duties as needed by management.
