Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions seeks a Vice President, Global Data Centers to lead growth across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and AI-driven markets. This executive will develop global account strategies, build executive relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth across critical systems and integrated solutions.

The role collaborates with regional leadership, operations, engineering, and service teams to accelerate growth, expand market share, and sponsor major pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 15+ years of data center or mission-critical infrastructure experience.
• 10+ years in strategic sales, account management, or operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global data center growth strategy across hyperscale, colocation, cloud, AI, and enterprise customers.
• Lead the Global Strategic Account Management program with governance and growth plans.
• Direct and mentor a high-performing, multi-location team focused on strategic accounts and business development.
• Build executive-level relationships with data center operators, developers, REITs, and technology providers.
• Drive enterprise-wide revenue growth across fire protection, security, life safety, and lifecycle services.
