Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks a Director, Specialty Pharmacy, Trade, and Distribution to lead specialty pharmacy accounts, trade operations, and 3PL partnerships for FILSPARI. You will shape account plans, drive performance, and oversee distribution and patient access programs, collaborating with Access & Reimbursement, National Accounts, Sales, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience in specialty pharmacy, trade and distribution, and patient access.
• Direct experience managing specialty pharmacy relationships, including account planning, reviews, performance oversight, and issue resolution.
• Experience with specialty pharmaceutical distribution models, 3PL operations, and channel partner contracts.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate strategy into operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialty pharmacy account management and drive account plans, reviews, and partner accountability.
• Oversee SP performance and patient access, monitor service levels and metrics to improve referral processing and time to therapy.
• Lead trade and distribution planning to support product growth and evolving patient needs.
• Manage 3PL and distribution operations with inventory, ordering, and continuity considerations.
• Lead channel partner contracting and financial oversight, including budgets and invoicing.
• Drive data-driven improvements with IT, Analytics, and Commercial Ops to strengthen reporting and partner workflows.
• Coordinate onboarding and launch readiness for new partners and channel changes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve access barriers and ensure regulatory compliance.
