Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Specialty Pharmacy, Trade, and Distribution to lead specialty pharmacy accounts, trade operations, and distribution for FILSPARI. You will oversee SP partnerships, contract management, and patient access initiatives to ensure timely therapy and reliable product availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in specialty pharmacy account management, trade and distribution, and patient access.
• Experience directly managing specialty pharmacy relationships, including account planning, performance oversight, and issue resolution.
• Experience with specialty pharmaceutical distribution models, 3PL operations, and channel partner contract management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate strategy into operational execution.
• Experience supporting distribution networks and access workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialty pharmacy account management, driving account plans, business reviews and partner accountability.
• Oversee SP performance and patient access, monitoring service levels and metrics.
• Lead trade and distribution planning to support product growth and evolving patient needs.
• Manage 3PL and distribution operations ensuring availability and efficient ordering.
• Contract management and financial oversight of channel partners.
• Drive data-driven improvements with IT, Analytics, and Commercial Ops.
