Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Specialty Pharmacy, Trade, and Distribution to lead account management and distribution activities for FILSPARI. You will oversee specialty pharmacy partnerships, 3PL operations, and patient access programs to ensure timely access and product availability.

The role requires 10+ years in pharma/biotech with strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills, plus travel and on-site collaboration in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; an equivalent combination may be considered.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech with specialty pharmacy, trade, distribution, and patient access.
• Proven experience managing specialty pharmacy relationships and channel partners.
• Experience with 3PL operations and distribution models.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialty pharmacy account management and drive account plans and performance reviews.
• Oversee trade operations and distribution planning for product growth.
• Manage 3PL partnerships and inventory with supply chain and finance teams.
• Lead contract management, budgeting, and service-level oversight.
• Drive data-driven improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate onboarding and launch readiness for new partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
