Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Director, Specialty Pharmacy, Trade, and Distribution to lead specialty pharmacy accounts, trade operations, and 3PL partnerships in support of FILSPARI. You will establish account plans, drive performance, and oversee distribution networks from San Diego, with domestic travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in specialty pharmacy account management, trade and distribution, and patient access.
• Experience directly managing specialty pharmacy relationships, including account planning and performance oversight.
• Experience with specialty pharmaceutical distribution models and 3PL operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialty pharmacy account management and drive account plans, business reviews, and issue resolution.
• Oversee SP performance, patient access, and metrics to improve referral processing and time to therapy.
• Lead trade and distribution planning to support product growth and evolving patient needs.
• Manage 3PL and distribution operations with inventory, ordering, and supply chain oversight.
• Navigate partner contracting, service requirements, budgets, and invoicing with stakeholders.
• drive data-driven operational improvements with IT, Analytics and Commercial Ops.
• Coordinate onboarding and launch readiness for new partners and channel changes.
• Ensure cross-functional execution and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
