Travere Therapeutics in San Diego seeks a Director of Specialty Pharmacy, Trade, and Distribution to lead specialty pharmacy accounts, trade operations, and 3PL partnerships for FILSPARI. You will shape account plans, govern partnerships, and drive operational improvements across the network.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in pharma/biotech with distribution and specialty pharmacy experience, strong leadership, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical/biotech, specialty pharmacy or distribution.
• Experience managing specialty pharmacy relationships and 3PL contracts.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and program management capabilities.
• Understanding of distribution models and payer/pharmacy workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead specialty pharmacy account management and drive account plans.
• Oversee performance, patient access, and service levels across network.
• Manage 3PL relationships and distribution operations for product availability.
• Oversee contract management, budgeting, and invoicing for services.
• Drive data-driven improvements with IT, Analytics, and Commercial Ops.
• Coordinate onboarding and launch readiness for new partners.
