Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego is seeking a Director, Specialty Pharmacy, Trade, and Distribution to lead specialty pharmacy accounts, trade operations, and 3PL partnerships supporting FILSPARI. This role oversees patient access, service quality, and product availability across the network.

You will collaborate with Access & Reimbursement, Patient Support, National Accounts, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to drive performance, with about 25% travel and a hybrid onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech with specialty pharmacy, trade and distribution, and patient access.
• Experience managing specialty pharmacy relationships and channel partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialty pharmacy account management and drive partner performance.
• Oversee trade, distribution planning, and 3PL operations.
• Drive data-driven improvements and manage contract terms and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Access, Reimbursement, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
