Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Specialty Pharmacy, Trade, and Distribution in San Diego to lead specialty pharmacy accounts, 3PL partnerships, and distribution activities for FILSPARI. You will oversee patient access, drive performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and timely access.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in pharma/biotech, expertise in specialty distribution, and strong leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience in specialty pharmacy, trade and distribution, and patient access.
• Experience managing specialty pharmacy relationships including account planning and performance oversight.
• Experience with specialty distribution models, 3PL operations, and channel partner contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate strategy into execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead specialty pharmacy account management as primary relationship owner and drive account plans, business reviews, and issue resolution.
• Oversee performance and patient access, monitor service levels and metrics to improve referral processing and time to therapy.
• Lead trade and distribution planning to support product growth and evolving customer needs.
• Manage 3PL and distribution operations with supply chain and finance for inventory, ordering, and continuity.
• Lead channel partner contracting, service requirements, budgets, and invoicing.
• Drive data-driven improvements with IT, Analytics, and Commercial Ops to strengthen reporting and partner workflows.
• Lead partner onboarding and launch readiness for new partners and channel changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and compliance with stakeholders to resolve access barriers and meet regulatory requirements.
