Job summary

Grafana Labs, the company behind Grafana Cloud, seeks a Director of Solutions Engineering, East, to lead a high-performing SE team and partner with Sales leadership. You will help grow the East SE organization to 20+ SEs and ensure scalable processes, playbooks, and enablement programs across products and GTM motions.

The role demands passion for open source culture, collaboration, and a track record in enterprise deals, with a focus on driving opportunities alongside the VP of Sales

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading second-line SE teams and managing growth.
• Experience scaling teams to 30+ employees in fast-growth contexts.
• Background in open source, developer-centric GTM motions, or observability.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the East SE organization to 20+ engineers and managers.
• Collaborate with VP of Sales and other leaders on opportunities and strategy.
• Develop repeatable processes, playbooks, and enablement programs.
• Incorporate field feedback into product and GTM roadmaps.
