Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Director to lead software product and technology due diligence engagements for private equity clients and their portfolio companies. You will assess product features, architecture, IP, R&D processes, and hosting infrastructure, guiding pre- and post-acquisition diligence and value creation efforts.
The role requires 10+ years in consulting or related fields, strong communication with executives, and travel up to 75%.

- 10+ years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience.
- Experience in software product and tech due diligence
- Exemplary communication skills with executive audiences
Responsibilities
- Define objectives, scope and approach for software product and tech diligence engagements.
- Lead teams in the execution of software product and tech diligence engagements.
- Oversee data requests and interactions with bankers, clients and deal teams.
- Lead and guide detailed analysis across all assessment areas and synthesize insights for client deliverables.
- Develop and evolve deliverables and methodology; contribute to staff development and leadership.
