Job summary

Experience guiding pre- and post-acquisition assessments, strong communication, and travel up to 75% are required. The role offers exposure to high-impact deals and leadership opportunities within A&M's PE-focused practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience (tech/due diligence).
• Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Engineering or related fields).
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Define the objectives, scope and approach for software product and tech diligence engagements.
• Lead teams in the execution of software product and tech diligence engagements.
• Interact with target clients and bankers, including interviews and final readouts.
• Manage data request lists and ensure high-quality deliverables.
