DoorDash is seeking a Director of SMB Account Management for New Verticals. You will lead Implementation and Account Management across SMB and select Mid-Market merchants, shaping the operating model for scale and retention.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales, account management or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading managers and frontline teams.
• Experience growing SMB and Mid-Market accounts in high-growth environments.
• Strong cross-functional leadership within matrixed organizations.
• Ability to interface with C-suite and frontline reps.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly and annual performance targets for SMB portfolio.
• Design and scale an SMB Account Management organization.
• Lead through ambiguity and coordinate across functions.
• Develop repeatable motions for activation, upsell, and new product rollout.
• Surface merchant insights to inform product and GTM improvements.
