Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Director, Restaurant Ads & Promos- Strategy & Operations, SMB Growth, to lead the strategy, vision and go-to-market for our ads and promotions across the SMB restaurant business. You will work cross functionally with product, sales, finance, marketing, analytics and design.

You’ll build and scale products and initiatives, develop a high-growth team, and use data to prioritize impact while collaborating with partners to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting, strategy, or operations with leadership experience.
• Experience building and scaling products/businesses; digital ads a plus.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and delivering on goals.
• Experience owning a P&L preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build product and go-to-market strategy for SMB ads business.
• Partner with product, sales, finance, marketing, design and engineering.
• Lead and develop a team focused on SMB restaurant growth.
