Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, data analytics, engineering, science, or a related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in CRM administration, enterprise systems support, business systems analysis, or technology implementation, including at least two years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsabilités

• Translate functional requirements into scalable Slate configurations, establish standards for system usage, implement CRM governance, coordinate data integration decisions.
• Lead collaboration with campus stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement Slate-based CRM solutions that improve business processes and support data-informed decision-making.
• Design and manage governance frameworks, intake processes, prioritization models, change-control procedures, and system documentation standards for enterprise CRM platforms.
• Lead organizational change with stakeholder engagement, communication planning, user adoption strategies, training, and business process redesign.
• Provide functional leadership in implementation, integration, and ongoing administration of enterprise systems across a complex organizational environment.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of data management, reporting tools, dashboards, and data quality practices to support leadership decisions.
