Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with four years of related experience or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of Slate CRM communications, portals, and marketing automation.
• Experience leading enterprise CRM initiatives and business process improvement.
• Slate CRM experience required; Tableau and Analytics desired; proficient in Slate modules focused on communications.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Ping data analysis for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for CRM communications, marketing automation, and admissions technology.
• Direct communications deployment strategy and scalable workflows.
• Supervise staff responsible for admissions mailings and communications operations.
• Develop and manage admissions portals and operational standards.
