Job summary

City University of New York is seeking an Associate Director for Slate CRM & Data Analytics to lead the Slate environment, integrations, and data governance. The role shapes strategic CRM pathways across admissions, enrollment and marketing through scalable solutions.

Reporting to Admissions, the position drives automation, reporting, and technology optimization to support the applicant lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to advance recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and six years' related experience required.
• Direct experience with Technolutions Slate and API integrations.
• Strong data architecture, relational databases, reporting and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and lead cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead system administrator and technical owner for Slate environment.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Slate and related technologies.
• Architect, configure, maintain, and optimize Slate functionality and integrations.
• Lead API-based integration between SOPHAS/Liaison CAS and Slate.
• Manage data exchanges between Slate, SOPHAS, CUNY systems and vendors.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to improve enrollment processes.
• Establish CRM data standards, governance, and quality-control procedures.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support executive decisions.
• Translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions and supervise projects.
