• Provide functional oversight and strategic coordination of Slate Connect, Slate Engage, and related Slate CRM integrations.
• Lead governance, intake processes, prioritization models, change-control procedures, and system documentation standards for enterprise CRM platforms.
• Translate functional requirements into scalable Slate configurations and data integration decisions.
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement Slate-based CRM solutions.
