Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with four years of relevant experience.
Experience configuring and administering Slate or comparable CRM systems.
Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Slate objects to support admissions workflows; manage user access.
Coordinate integrations (PeopleSoft and third-party services) and validate data flows.
Lead project teams to translate business requirements into designs and track progress.
Develop project artifacts and coordinate training and documentation.
Monitor data quality, build reports and dashboards for recruitment and admissions.
Provide stakeholder support and training across divisions.
Represent CSUCI in system-wide discussions as needed.
