Job summary

WCG seeks an experienced Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director to lead the CenterWatch survey program across a global network of research sites. You will own instrument design, deployment, analysis, and client readouts, connecting findings to product and service development.

You will build trusted site relationships, collaborate with analysts, and promote cross-business opportunities while ensuring data quality and ethics across the program.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in clinical research with site engagement or related roles.
• Experience designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys or VOC programs preferred.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; strong writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of the CenterWatch Global Site Relationship Survey program.
• Support the CenterWatch Forum with design kickoff, materials, and feedback process.
• Design survey instruments with benchmarks and site taxonomy considerations.
• Plan distribution, multi-language deployment, and respondent outreach.
• Analyze results and translate data into actionable client insights.
• Develop benchmark reports and client-ready deliverables.
• Lead client readouts and promote cross-business opportunities.
• Maintain data quality, confidentiality, and research ethics.
