Job summary

WCG is seeking a Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director to spearhead the CenterWatch survey program, including the Global Site Relationship Survey and related sponsor surveys. You’ll own design, fielding, analysis, and client readouts while connecting insights to product and service development across WCG.

You will build trusted relationships with investigators and site leadership, coordinate cross-enterprise teams, and promote survey participation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in clinical research with site engagement experience.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and writing skills.
• Independent, fast-paced worker capable of cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of CenterWatch survey programs.
• Coordinate and lead client readouts to executive audiences.
• Develop benchmark reports and client deliverables from survey findings.
