Job summary

WCG is seeking a Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director to lead the CenterWatch site survey program across our global network, owning design, fielding, analysis, and client readouts. This role connects survey insights to product and service development and strengthens sponsor, CRO, and site relationships.

The position requires 8+ years of clinical research experience, outstanding presentation skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in clinical research, with significant time in site engagement or related sponsor/CRO/site-facing roles.
• Experience designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys or voice-of-customer research programs.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with experience delivering findings to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Works with leadership to manage end-to-end execution of the CenterWatch Global Site Relationship Survey program, including biennial Global Site Survey and companion Sponsor Company Survey, from design kickoff to final readout.
• Supports the CenterWatch Forum of sponsor and CRO representatives—facilitates discussions, prepares materials, manages feedback from draft to final release.
• Designs and develops survey instruments with Benchmarking & Analytics team, including attribute frameworks and taxonomy; applies optimization to reduce respondent burden.
• Plans and manages survey distribution and fielding, including sampling, multi-language deployment, and site outreach.
• Partners with analysts to analyze results, interpret findings, and translate data into actionable insights.
• Develops benchmark reports and client deliverables with region/country/role analyses and custom data cuts.
• Coordinates client readout meetings and presentations, delivering findings to sponsor, CRO, and site audiences up to executive level.
• Maintains trusted relationships with investigators, site leadership, and coordinators; ensures site perspective informs products and services.
