Job summary

WCG is seeking a Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director to lead the CenterWatch site survey program, including the Global Site Relationship Survey and companion Sponsor Company Survey, across a global network of research sites. You will own the full survey lifecycle—from design and fielding to analysis, readouts, and translating insights into product and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a field of study.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical research, with site engagement or related sponsor/CRO roles.
• Strong writing, presentation, and facilitation skills; ability to translate data into client-ready narratives.
• Experience designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys or VOC programs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of the CenterWatch Global Site Relationship Survey program from design to readouts.
• Facilitate discussions for the CenterWatch Forum and coordinate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Develop survey instruments with the Benchmarking & Analytics team and optimize attributes to reduce respondent burden.
• Plan distribution, fielding, sampling, multi-language deployment, and respondent panel growth.
• Analyze survey results with analysts and deliver actionable insights and client-ready deliverables.
• Prepare benchmark reports, publications, and region/country/role-specific data cuts.
• Lead client readout meetings and present findings to sponsor, CRO, and site audiences.
• Maintain relationships with investigators, site leadership, and coordinators; ensure site voice informs products/services.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote survey participation and related offerings.
• Stay current on industry trends in site engagement and trial operations.
