Job summary

WCG is seeking a Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director to lead the CenterWatch site survey program, including the Global Site Relationship Survey and companion sponsor surveys. You will own the full lifecycle from instrument design to readouts, connecting insights to product and service development across WCG’s global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Equivalent experience in clinical research operations may be considered in lieu of a specific field of study.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of the CenterWatch Global Site Relationship Survey program from design kickoff through release.
• Facilitate design kickoff, review discussions, and manage collaborative feedback from draft to final release.
• Design survey instruments with Benchmarking & Analytics team for attribute frameworks and taxonomies.
• Plan and manage survey distribution and fielding across a global panel, including multi-language deployment.
• Partner with analysts to analyze results, translate data into actionable insights and narratives.
• Develop benchmark reports and client deliverables with region- and role-specific analyses.
• Coordinate client readouts and present findings to sponsor, CRO, and site audiences up to executive level.
• Maintain trusted site relationships and ensure site perspective informs products and services.
• Identify cross-business opportunities from survey findings and promote participation.
• Support commercialization of benchmark reports and offerings with marketing teams.
• Monitor industry trends to keep the program current and differentiated.
• Maintain data quality, confidentiality, and research ethics.
