Zusammenfassung

Affirm is seeking a Director of Product Management for Shopping & Offers. This leader will define the next chapter of Affirm’s DTC shopping and offers experiences, guiding high-impact journeys like Agentic Search, Home, and Profile to improve conversion and revenue.

You will lead a portfolio of consumer surfaces and build a strong PM team, collaborating across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Revenue to balance merchant value with consumer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience: 10+ years of product management leadership in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
• Strategic clarity: ability to bring clarity when things feel messy, turning ambiguous problems into crisp plans.
• AI/LLM fluency: familiarity with AI-native product development, including agentic patterns and LLM-powered discovery experiences.
• Analytical rigor: strong data-driven decision making and profitability assessments.
• People leadership: experience leading through layers of leadership and scaling decision-making.
• Consumer empathy: consumer-first mindset with a high bar for design polish.

Aufgaben

• Define and socialize a long-term Shopping & Offers vision and strategy with clear roadmaps and executable decisions.
• Manage and scale a portfolio of consumer-facing surfaces (Home, Search, Profile/Settings) for a consistent experience.
• Lead and grow a high-performing PM team, including people managers, with development paths and a culture of ownership.
• Proactively align senior leadership on strategy, execution risks, and mitigation plans.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Revenue to optimize the marketplace ecosystem balancing merchant value with consumer experience.
• Establish frameworks for rigorous experimentation and funnel analysis to drive completion rates and retention.
