Job summary

Anglepoint seeks a ServiceNow Director to shape customer environments, lead a skilled delivery team, and drive continuous improvement across ITAM and ServiceNow platforms. You will partner with IT operations, development, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

You will guide design, governance, and testing efforts, while aligning with best practices and client needs. The role includes travel up to 20% and opportunities for certifications as the practice

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow and ITAM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules SAM, HAM, Discovery, CMDB.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive automation and process optimization using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
• Maintain documentation for architecture, governance, and procedures.
• Lead testing efforts for enhancements and releases.
• Oversee multiple ServiceNow projects to ensure on-time delivery.
