CDW seeks a Managing Consulting Engineer to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, applying broad technical knowledge to deliver client value. You will lead multi-team engagements, craft business cases, and drive cross-geo delivery while maintaining trusted advisory relationships with clients.

The role requires 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience (11+ with cross-brand exposure) and strong ServiceNow familiarity, with travel as needed. A dynamic, AI-forward environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years IT Infrastructure experience, or 11+ years with cross-brand project experience.
• Familiarity with eProcurement, ServiceNow HAM, SAM, and CMDB; ability to build ServiceNow store apps.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, directing coworker and client teams in solution design and development.
• Provide leadership in creating business cases, financial justification and solution benefits.
• Oversee solutions across multiple projects to ensure synergy and visibility.
• Address or escalate budget issues identified during projects.
• QA SOW requests and perform peer reviews of deliverables for technical content.
• Maintain client relationships as Technical Advisor and support proposals, quotations, and presentations.
