Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet seeks a Director, ServiceNow Engineering to lead hands-on development of the ServiceNow Platform and drive architecture decisions. You will manage a skilled engineering team, challenge designs, estimate work, and ensure quality across deployments.

The role partners with Process Owners and Operations teams to grow the platform, improve adoption, and deliver engineering excellence with strong governance and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of leadership experience on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Strong grasp of architecture, data models, tables, and integrations.
• Ability to break requirements into components and estimate effort.
• Experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change/Knowledge workflows.
• Understand CI relationships, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data quality.
• Establish development standards, code reviews, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Drive Core Engineering Excellence for ServiceNow Platform and products.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets and partner relationships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design architecture for implementation.
• Identify growth areas in testing, automation, and performance.
• Lead automation efforts including AI features with proper testing.
• Coach and mentor platform architects, engineers, and product owners.
