Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a hands-on Director, ServiceNow Engineering to lead development and architecture of our ServiceNow Platform. You will coach engineers, drive platform excellence, and collaborate with Process Owners and Technology Operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.

In this role you will set standards, oversee planning and budgets, and champion automation, testing, and governance while growing the skills of your team across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Understand platform architecture, data models, tables and integrations.
• Ability to break down requirements, estimate effort, and challenge estimates.
• Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and CMDB workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive core engineering excellence for ServiceNow Platform and products.
• Develop and execute project plans, manage budgets with cloud providers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to propose architecture/design for implementation.
• Identify growth areas in testing, automation, and platform performance.
• Coach and mentor engineers and platform owners; enforce governance and reviews.
