Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Director of ServiceNow Engineering to lead and hands-on develop the ServiceNow Platform. You will challenge designs, estimate work, and drive architecture decisions while mentoring a team of engineers.

You will collaborate with process owners and ops to align architecture with business needs, grow team capabilities, and elevate engineering excellence across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of leadership experience on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Ability to break technical requirements into components and estimate effort.
• Strong knowledge of incident, problem, request, change, knowledge, and service operations workflows.
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI, AI agents, governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development activities of the ServiceNow Platform and mentor engineers.
• Challenge designs, estimate work, and make architecture decisions.
• Grow team skills and drive platform adoption and engineering excellence.
• Coach platform architects and product/process owners; manage budgets and partnerships.
