Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in ITAM, ITOM, IT operations consulting or related enterprise IT services.
- Deep understanding of the ITAM/ITOM landscape and asset lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and drive market expansion.
- Experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders and customers at scale.
- Strong delivery governance and quality management across programs.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate strategic direction for ITAM/ITOM Services across the Americas.
- Lead and mentor a senior team of consultants and BPCs to deliver outcomes.
- Manage delivery quality from sales support to customer hyper-care and partner governance.
- Build executive relationships and guide transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to drive adoption and growth.
- Travel up to 40% to meet customers and opportunities.
