Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director of Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce roadmap, governance, and platform health. You will lead the Salesforce CoE, collaborate with Sales, Service, Security, and Data teams, and drive investments and guardrails for scalable solutions.

You will shape multi-year platform strategy, manage risk, and oversee lifecycle management while delivering measurable business value across Ryder’s segments.

Qualifications

• Builds enterprise Salesforce strategy and governance across multiple orgs and CoE.
• Establishes platform standards, architecture reviews, and deliverables aligned to business goals.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Service, Data, Security, and EA teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) and cross-functional operating model.
• Maintain platform health, security, reliability, and regulatory controls across Salesforce instances.
• Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and data governance with enterprise partners.
• Oversee platform rationalization, consolidation, and lifecycle management.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and financial planning for Salesforce.
