Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director to own and drive the Salesforce platform across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology leadership with responsibility for enterprise platforms.
• 10+ years leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms in a large, multi-unit environment.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org/instance rationalization or consolidation, including data, security, and change impacts.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year Salesforce vision, target state architecture, org strategy, and investment plan.
• Chair the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) and establish governance with clear roles and success measures.
• Ensure platform health, security, reliability, and risk management across Salesforce instances.
• Lead executive stakeholder management and translate competing priorities into enterprise choices.
• Establish and enforce best practices, design principles, and enterprise standards; mentor teams.
