Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director to lead the Salesforce Platform, owning the enterprise Salesforce roadmap, governance, and investments. You will chair the Center of Excellence, align business segments, and ensure security, reliability, data integrity, and lifecycle management across FMS, SCS, and RLM.

You will collaborate with Sales, Service, Product, Security, and Data teams to deliver business value through standardized best practices and architecture guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive technology leadership with enterprise platforms or CRM.
• 10+ years of Salesforce leadership in a large, multi‑unit environment.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org rationalization/consolidation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into a Salesforce roadmap.
• Chair and mature the Salesforce CoE as a cross-functional operating model.
• Own platform governance, security, and lifecycle management.
• Provide guidance without owning solution design or delivery.
• Partner with enterprise architects to define reference architectures and integration patterns.
