You will influence organizational alignment, optimize resource allocation, and deliver insights that impact revenue and margins in a high-visibility setting.

Formación

• 10+ years in sales strategy, business operations or related field.
• 3+ years leading teams.
• Advanced quantitative analysis skills (e.g. spreadsheets, SQL).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. Claude, Gemini).
• Excellent executive communication and influencing stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver annual growth and sales capacity targets with cross-functional partners.
• Reprioritize and reallocate sales capacity investments quarterly or monthly.
• Support executive decision-making with data-driven insights.
• Improve target setting and resource allocation methodologies.
• Prepare content for quarterly executive cadences and Board updates.
• Lead strategic initiatives on seller productivity, capacity reporting, and AI adoption.
• Develop talent and manage performance.
