Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Director of Product Strategy and Operations to partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership—driving planning, cadence, and cross-functional execution to translate product vision into measurable business outcomes.

You will sit at the intersection of product, finance, and GTM, turning ambiguity into structured plans and managing high-visibility initiatives with senior stakeholders. This role reports to the COO and aligns large teams toward growth at scale.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in product strategy, product operations, management consulting, or a related strategic/operational role, with 3+ years in enterprise SaaS or cloud software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence at scale.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills - market sizing, financial modeling, pricing/packaging analysis, and data-driven storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level materials.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare executive-level narratives, decks, and business reviews.
• Liaise between Product, Finance and GTM on forecasting and resource allocation.
• Define product strategy and GTM with the GM/VP Product staff.
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify growth opportunities.
• Build ROI framework to prioritize the product roadmap and major bets.
• Design governance processes that scale decision-making across product teams.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to remove blockers and drive alignment on initiatives.
• Track and report on key product and business metrics to leadership and the board.
