Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales management experience with quota attainment.
• Strong consultative selling and CRM experience (Salesforce).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and expand market share.
• Lead, motivate, and develop Account Executives and Client Account Managers to drive new business acquisition.
• Conduct forecasting meetings, monitor sales activity, and implement corrective actions.
