The position requires 10+ years in sales strategy and 3+ years leading teams, with strong analytical skills and recent AI tool experience. Expect high-visibility impact in a fast-paced environment with executive exposure.

Competenze

• 10+ years in sales strategy, business operations, finance or consulting
• 3+ years leading teams
• Advanced quantitative analysis skills (Google Sheets/Excel, SQL)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Gemini)
• Excellent executive communication, written and verbal, with C-suite materials experience

Mansioni

• Deliver annual growth and sales capacity targets for Operating Units in collaboration with Finance, Product, Renewals and HR
• Reprioritize and reallocate sales capacity quarterly or monthly based on performance and market dynamics
• Support executive decision-making on org alignment or GTM changes with data-driven insights
• Improve target setting and resource allocation methodologies
• Provide content for quarterly executive cadences and Board updates
• Lead strategic initiatives in seller productivity, capacity reporting, AI adoption, and performance deep dives
• Develop talent and strengthen team culture
