Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Director of Product Strategy and Operations to partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership, turning the product vision into measurable business outcomes through disciplined planning, governance, and execution.

You will coordinate with Product, Finance, and GTM teams to forecast, allocate resources, define strategy and roadmap, assess market opportunities, and lead major initiatives and launches while reporting directly to the COO.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product strategy, product operations, or related strategic role with 3+ years in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to lead through influence at scale and to communicate at executive level.
• Strong quantitative skills, market sizing, financial modeling, and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare executive-level narratives, decks, and business reviews distilled from complex data.
• Partner with Product, Finance and GTM on forecasting and resource allocation.
• Define product strategy and GTM with the GM/VP Product staff.
• Identify growth opportunities, whitespace, and risks through market and competitive research.
• Build ROI frameworks to prioritize roadmap and major bets.
• Design governance processes to scale decision-making across product teams.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
• Track key metrics and build analytics to support self-serve insights.
• Act as trusted advisor to COO and GM; manage stakeholders and prioritization.
